Seniors 2020! Each one of you has excelled in areas of musicianship and leadership. Seeing you step into your adult life is such a privilege. The orchestra room is always open for you. I dub thee a “Lifetime Member.” Your music and maturity is a huge source of joy for those around you. Remember when they sang along with us at the courthouse? or “Salinas 2020?”  Or that last symphony rehearsal right before we went on stage? I could feel the confidence in the air! I want that for you. Joy and confidence. Courage too. To face life and all the beautiful and difficult things that come with it. You are more than ready for the journey ahead. The world needs more men and women like you. Be all you are meant to be and may all your dreams come true! Congratulations to the JEHS Senior Class of 2020! I'm proud of you all. Class dismissed.
